Catalyst started when Joe Riley, while advancing CCTA AI-driven solutions across the U.S., saw the need to expand access to advanced cardiac testing. He met Mike Villa, who brought years of experience in imaging through ownership, buildouts, and managed services. Together, they founded Catalyst to unlock this potential, empowering health systems to deliver world-class cardiac care and prevent heart attacks with the resources available today.
